Hey Guys,

Any data on how many cars per day/week/month wer built at the St. Louis plant?  I'm curious.  My 68 Road Runner and my co-worker's 68 Charger are 2288 numbers apart in the production sequence numbers on the VIN and both were made at St. Louis.  Is that relevant to Dodge and Plymouths or are they seperate?  In other words, can a Dodge have the same sequence number as a Plymouth of the same year or is the sequnce number in the VIN in related to all Chrysler vehicles and not make specific?

Cheers  :cheers:

The VIN itself has very little to do with the actual order the cars were built in.

Read this mini-article for the July Item Of The Month as an example;

Well that's interesting  :scratchchin:  Very nice reading and that answers my questions exactly.  Thanks TA.
