I was at a Thursday night cruise night and saw what looks like to be a new Dodge truck parked up front.  Boy they did a great job on the styling.  I like the angled grille, all the chrome and the sharp cornered head lamps.:2thumbs:
This car was sold many years ago to somebody in Wisconsin. I now am retired and living in Florida.

They're ok, I would say I kinda like older generation. Grille/nose seems to be just like "charger"

I bought one about 4-5 months ago.  I love it.  Plus it's way better on gas than the 06 Hemi Mega Cab that I had.

I like the last model better for looks. There's something about the headlights running into the grill that bugs me. Not that it's that big of a deal but I like the previous ones better.

Is this one a Hemi with variable timing?  What kind of mileage you get now?

I agree with Bull and Silver RT not  fan of the angled grill still a very cool truck though  :Twocents:

I find with the trucks that each new generation has an initial "shock" to it and that once you see a few the styling becomes better liked.  I like this one pretty good right out of the gate myself.

I think I like it.  It may take a while before I know for sure, like any other new thing.   :scratchchin:  Ted

How much smaller is the back seat compared to the Mega Cab?  Is this back seat longer than the base 4 door trucks?

The new crewcab is what you would get like from chevy or ford. Its got plenty of room. Not like the mega cab though. It looks better than the mega cab. You can get them with heated/cooled seats, Wifi, leather wrapped dash, you can save pics to the screen for the nav. Since they wouldnt make me a deal, i put a dvd payer in my silverado that does the same.

I sat in one at the Auto Show and the new Quad Cab is definitely bigger.  It's close to the size of Ford and Chevy.

You're kidding! :o  :smilielol: That's just nuts.

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

I love the new Dodge trucks! I like how the dual echaust tips cut into the bumper like the '&1 Charger's bazooka tips did. :2thumbs: :coolgleamA:

Yes, it has the cylinder deactivation.  I am getting around 17mpg.  That's just driving around town and to work.  I've towed a 3 place trailer with 3 four wheelers on it and one 4 wheeler in the bed.  I got about 13 on that trip.

PT,  The back seat is as big as the mega cab with the exception of storage behind the seats and the seats don't recline.

There were lots of the new ones at the Carlisle show too, but I didn't take any photos. I think they look great, & much better than the last body style like the one I have on the 2004. I actually don't like the appearance on one I have, & thought the previous model & the new one is much nicer. It kind of compares to the new Mustang nose in a way, but I like that as well.

I absolutely LOVE the new Dodge Trucks!! That Grille!! That exhaust tip dealie! That console!! That side toolbox!! The colors!!......ARGH!

My biggest problem these days is in driving my gutless wonder ...1996 Ram 1500 4X4....and seeing all the new trucks passing me on the road.
Oh, and choosing to buy a new Challenger (shortly), when I'd really like a new Challenger AND a new Ram!!!

They are beautiful. We were looking at the new dually at the Battleship show in Mobile, AL and they are huge and gorgeous. Big money though. So we looked for something more in our price range or we may have had to sell the house and live in the truck...lol. So our tow trucks are 2001, 24 valve Cummings turbo diesel dually 6 speed and a 1999 3/4 ton with the same engine. With the bed covered and towing we actually get 20-22 miles per gallon in the 6 speed dually. I don't get that great in my auto 3/4 ton without the bed covered and not towing...about 18 per gallon. Love the body style and the smooth ride is great.
