seems like a very fair price to me

:yesnod:
we are screwed paul    :D

The value of my car just dropped a little more.  I would be better off buying this car and selling my car for whatever i could get and be money ahead in restoration costs!   :brickwall:   :brickwall:

I just emailed for more info and just saw your code plate info.....So.....

Is this one of the weird exceptions  XS29     Oh Danny?

This shows a Sept. 29 build date so is this early enough to have XS slip though like noted in the decoding books?

Sept is an early car but the end of Sept......still a problem with coding?

Wow, I would love to get that car! And it's only 2 hours away. Too bad I just spent about that much finishing my basement.  :'(

Man, that's NICE !!!!!  Maybe I should try to sell my '70 v-code and get this................  The XS doesn't bother me since it has the A11 and it seems to be an early C500, which makes sense.....

email sent: Maybe I could turn my v-code '70 Charger R/T

Some of you will be very happy to know that since I'm in over my head in projects that I won't be buying it for a place to mount a wing & hang a nose cone from.  :smilielol:

Definitely seems like the most reasonably priced aero car in a long time.

Someone's going to get lucky with the purchase of that car. I wish it could be me. Nice price.  :Twocents:

I talked to the owner last night.

The Car was Purchased back in 83 from someone who won it in a drag race

It has Arizona metal in it qtrs and front fenders....he has been working on the car for years and much of it has been done before all of the parts that we have available today.

The interior has to be totally done, he has not started on it and for a factory look the trunk would have to be redone, it is done with smooth metal at this time.

The VIN is XX but the Broadcast sheet & plate are XS

It is an Automatic on the column with no arm rest seat but has buckets

He said that the drive train is #'s matching the motor has been bored, Balanced & blue printed.

I called about it while Brent was out mowing.....so even though would love to have it, with the icky economy will hold back unless some of you guys would like to buy a just finished 70 Road runner.

Just 6T9 CHGR

I have 275 & 284 in the registry & both have the XX VIN...

Great find....seems to be an oddly optioned model (no console, no buddy seat,  22" rad etc)

Would be perfect parked next to a certain V2 Daytona.. :)  Now where's that guy who wanted my '70 a long time ago........ I can see a use for that complete 4-speed set up I have, would fill the void between the bucket seats rather nicely.  :icon_smile_big:
