I need to do some seam sealing and was wondering what's a good sealer for use on the floors.

Life isn't Father Knows Best anymore, it's a kick in the face on a saturday night with a steel toed grip kodiak work boot and a trip to the hospital all bloodied and bashed.....for reconstructive surgery. But, what doesn't kill us, makes us stronger, right?

Ive used 3M seam sealers with great results

ive used both 3m stuff and lord fusor. the lord stuff is deff better than the 3m, but does cost more.  its not what the factory used on the floors, since the factory used black tar stuff but modern seam seaaler is better than factory.

I use 3M 08800. Its 2K so never dries out or cracks. It was designed for spray application but can be brushed too. Also, once painted looks similar to the brush applied factory sealer if you are careful with your brushstrokes

Thanks guys. I ended up with Lord Fusor, mostly because that's what my local body and paint supply store carries.

The fusor stuff is god  but it is real stinky . I use sem 2 part seam sealer dries in 15 min ready to paint.. McKanica makes some good stuff I have used too.  depends if you are trying to accuratly duplicate factory appearance. which is brush on in the quart cans  some in the tube etc. but yeah some is junk out there. usually the less you pay the worse it is.
