Custom hoods

 Any company out there that customizes 68-70 Charger fiberglass hoods?  I'm not talking about stick on scoops but venting the air from under the car ala 2013 Mustang track racer.  Kind of like the Viper SRT hoods.  The way the scallops are positioned on the 2nd gen Charger would be perfect for air extraction. 
  I think a guy on this forum has a beautiful blue 70 Pro-Touring Dart and grafted the Viper hood onto his car.
