Aug. 2009 Mopar Muscle has a motor build with 906 heads CNC ported by Muscle Motors that they say flow 313CMF at .600". Don't they flow something like 220CFM stock? The numbers I've seen for ported 440Source and Edelbrock heads are like 320 max. Can 906 heads really be ported to flow that much? Here's a link: Making The Most Of 906 Heads

That seems like a bit of a stretch....normally max ported iron flows in the 280cfm range. Even those are horribly thin and prone to cracking on a street car that will see lots of heating-cooling cycles.

Depends on the Bench used I guess.

What I mean is, different Benchs can read different Numbers, when Flowing the same Head. Shouldn't be that way I know, but, that's the way it used to be.

Personally, we had to modify 915 Castings, far more than that article shows, to get "up there", way back when.
The 915 & 906 Head, are the IDENTICAL Intake Port.

See here for Photos, of what we used to do to 915's back in the 80's
