I have seen on some decoder sheets where it says B51 is "Power DISC Brakes".   I do not think that is accurate.   I think B51 is just power brakes, correct?   The C500 has the B51 in the tag, and has power brakes, but no discs...   It has the "Bolt-down" lid style master cylinder, and a thin Power Booster...   I'm suprised it doesn't have the HEMI brake booster...   I Happen to have a spare car with it on there, I was thinking about snagging, but I'm going to leave what is there >there...

EDIT:   O.K. Now I see a decoder on the '69 Registry...   That has this (Awnsered my own question)   :icon_smile_shy: :
Brake Codes....
Code   Translation   Notes   Description
B41   Front Disc Brakes   $48.70 option   4-piston calipers
B51   Power Brakes   $42.95 option   Std. w/ Hemi & A32 or A34

O.K.   So, what types of boosters were available?   When did you get the "BEEFY" one???
Basically, I'm wondering why the C500 has Drum brakes all the way around...  Didn't most R/Ts have the upgrades?  I know she started out as an R/T...  Then it has this thin booster and small master cylinder...  Had to have been changed out sometime...

Yes, you answered your own question. Remember that in '69 they had the B41 on the tag, while in '70 they didn't put the disc brake option on the tag. You would need the sheet or window sticker in order to determine if the car came with discs originally, unless you had an axle package.

In 71 the B51 option code is 'Power Brakes - req'd w/disc brakes'. I take that to mean power brakes and it's required with disc brakes. You can see the option sheet in this link:

I don't know if that helps the 2nd Gen guys out or not.
