Horn Button Help!!!!!

Can anyone help. My restorer but the steering wheel horn button on and something is definately not right. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You are missing the silver horn pad adaptor.

Isn't that a 70 horn pad on a 69 column. The 70 column has a larger radius. Just curious.

I know the Charger is a 1969. Not sure about the horn pad.

And wheel doesnt look like its all the way on.....brass roller is not making contact with brass contact on steering wheel....
