Email notification not working correctly

My email addy is set right and I have it listed to automatically notify me, but I'm not getting anything.  It's not in my AOL spam folder either for some reason.  Anyone have an idea?

Yes.

It may be fixed soon... maybe not. For some stupid reason we've been stuck in some spam filters (ISP level - not personal) and I have to "request" to be removed from everywhere. Freaking pain in the butt. For future reference, anyone who doesn't want email notifications should turn them off instead of marking the messages as spam....

Yes. Most are still broken. I have a solution that should be working next week but it's part of something bigger.
