I wonder where that car is at? I was just talking to the guy who painted my Charger and he now works for State Farm as an insurance adjuster. Last week he went to a training seminar and there was a new Camaro SS that was totaled that hit a pole just like that.

I think I was first to total a new Z/28 in 77...a 73 Stang turned in front of me, I "T boned" him, he spun around and I hit him again stuffing his rear between 2 poles. The first payment was not due for 2 more weeks!

BigBlackDodge

The Camaro was parked on the sidewalk. The Pole was doing about 50 mph!!! :rotz:

Seriously...Camaro or not, what if you had to pay for that and insurance did not cover it?......Don't know what I would do..

Mike DC

So a guy buys himself a hot new Camaro and proceeds to smash it into a fixed object before the paint is even fully cured.

The more things change, the more they remain the same.

Wow, another Camaro totaled. Ok, well one of many by now I'm sure. Summer of 1992, a co-worker took his girlfriend for a test drive in a new Iroc Z28. They never came back to the shop. He was racing another car on highway, according to police running 100 plus mph, swerved around a car in right lane and a Semi was parked next to road way, legally, he ran under it with her in it, car was shoved under tractor trailer approx. 9 feet. So yea, DOA. Do I condone street racing, do I do it myself...
Hey, shit happends, its just a material item and the guy was obviously not using his common sense.

Oh yeah, the Semi tractor trailer also had moved an estimated 24 feet from impact.
Hey, you can hate the game but don't hate the player.

jb666

 I get the impression over there they don't care much for the new Camaro's
