Am I the only one that get's mad when reading Mopar Muscle or Mopar Action or other muscle mags and there are NO pictures of Chargers and no Charger articles? Sometimes it seems like they do it on purpose! I know there are many different types of cars they have to cover and do stories on, but i find my self just not reading anything if there are no Chargers in the mag. How can you not have at least one or two chargers in every issue??!!? :flame:

Yeah me too, but it does go in cycles too.  There will be a while where there are lots of Chargers (not enough but lots) and then they get the letters from all the Cuda guys crying and the Dart guys whining and the truck owners are pissed because they aren't being covered and then fwd crowd wants in.    ::)

Was it on the old site where someone was making fake covers for Charger magazine?

Dodge Charger magazine? Hmmmm..... :scratchchin: That's a good idea as long as it's just the first and second gen chargers

Try owning a Road Runner. Ha, they are invisble.  ::)

And that's puzzling.  GTX and Super Bee (and Coronet RT's) get little coverage but with the number of Road Runners they moved in 68-70 you would think they'd be a heavy hitter.

No doubt....if I see another big block A-body, I'm gonna puke!

If I hadn't wreaked my 67 I'd own all four renditions of Chargers, but I don't think they are left out its rare that there isn't at least one car of one of the four renditions in mopar muscle.

Thats why I dont subscribe to any magazines. Never see them in anything when i go to walmart or the grocery store with my wife. Shes shopping and im in the magazine isle NOT finding what im looking for! So I usually end up looking at Motortrend or Car and Driver to see who is the most biased!

I didn't want to honk my own horn, but MY Charger is in a 3 page article in Mopar Enthusiast Oct/Nov issue.

I think the Mopar magazines are consciously trying not to give the impression of overdoing stuff like 2nd-gen Chargers lately.  I hear ya on the big block A-bodies though.  Definitely overdone lately.

For this same reason, I think Hot Rod magazine went at least a decade without putting a red first-gen Camaro on the cover.  (And yet if you asked some random guys what a typical issue of Hot Rod looks like, that's probably still the first thing they would suggest.)

I love all Mopars, some more than others, such as E-bodys- they don't do for me what they do for others, but then again I like C's, try and find any artiles on them. You can't please us all, all the time.

John, you should be honking.  Otherwise I won't know to go look for that issue.

I can't even get MCG much less Mopar Enthusiast around here  :rotz:
I used to have free time and I'd scan all the Mopar rags and then buy the ones I liked, but it is rare I get the opportunity anymore.
