Standard 2-car subdivision garage.... It's better than when I lived in an apartment where the boat was outside and the Charger was 2-miles away in a 10x20 non-power storage unit.

My little 28" x 36" garage pales in comparison.... :rotz:
Which is why I'm drawing up a "Hugh Jazz" addition. My biggest problem is how to make it look like a vintage gas station, with a flat roof et al.

When I grow up I want to be Allen...or Jim. :icon_smile_big:

How "Hugh Jazz"?... 50 x 101 ?  ;)  BTW, you don't wanna be me... I am falling apart!  :P

I've got a 20x24 that's filled to capacity.  I wish I had more space like yours.  You can see it in my avatar.  Nothing special.  The seafoam green color doesn't help either. :rotz:

Hey i never thought to put the exterior light in the soffit like that.  Thats a good idea, i will probably do that with my current garage build.  Maybe 4 lights all the way across the front..  :scratchchin:

Why do you have that wood, to put down over the paver patio because the bricks get too hot to stand on?

I bought the house last August and the previous owners have never performed any improvements on the yard. So right now, the back yard is all dirt and weeds. I am slowly installing in retaining walls, lawn, etc.

Eventually I'll put in a patio (undecided on patio material) and the cover, which stands ~9' above grade. It will provide shade for the patio and south side of the house. The shade is much needed since 105+ is not uncommon during the summer.

Looks like Allen is closer to finishing up the second building than I thought. And here I was still holding out hope that he would need some $$$ to finish it, and I'd be able to talk him out of one of those funky winged cars that is taking up his precious storage space.

Building structure is complete... electrical wiring and overhead door opener installation starts tomorrow, security system will be the last to be installed... then its move in time!!!

Mopar Central (And a couple of Chebby's)

Your Mopar Central and Trav's appear to be 50 x 100 monsters...  :o

I built my lil' 50 x 60 Dodge Mahal 11 years ago with 14 ft walls to accommodate lifts, and a 10 x 60 loft for added storage.  When I moved my cars in, gridlock immediately set in... although I am making progress, I still don't have it organized.

wow you are good at scaling! mine is 50x100 as well. i love your loft! man i wish i had done the walls higher on mine..

The city code was to have a light by the door. I just put one in. When I walk out from my breezeway I have a motion light on the back of the front garage shining towards the back garage for more light. That would be cool to have more accros like you stated. Oh yeah this was the the inside when i got it done and how it looks now. I did have 3 cars in here at one time....yeah it was tight.
