What do i need to look at in order to get my fender mounted turn signal to work again? The bulb is new, no frayed wires, connection appears good. Would a meter lead work in the socket with the blinker on?

Nacho-RT74

are you getting front turning signal working and not fender mounted ones ?

just in case a ground problem :
the screw is what gets the ground to the bulb. You'll notice some small copper areas uncovered by the rubber of gasket... some at a sides of the screw hole, some others at a side of bulbs where the trim sat, those provides the ground

Nacho,It is the indicator on top of the fender.

The other lights do work. Do you mean the one screw that holds it to the top of the fender?

Nacho-RT74

yes, gasket does have inside brass sheets to feed ground. Although you'll find some uncovered areas below teh gasket to try to make a ground contact, screw helps on that, and if you ask me the screw threads is REALLY what makes that contact, when "cutting" the gasket throught the hole to touch the brass inside and this one threating in to the fender

I see what you are talking about. Mine looks like it has seen better days. Is there a place that sells new ones? Thanks.

Nacho-RT74
