DODGE Head stone fit for a KING

I had a meeting today with a Large Group at a Cemetery. Drove thru the Cemetery looking for a large group. Found them all parked in front of DODGE Mausoleum. These are not car people so a strange Coincedence. Could it be from the Infamous Dodge Brothers? Must be, Who else could it be. Very large & expensive & reminded me of Egyptian or King Tut with the Lions out front. Had a large stain glass window in back with Pyramid & desert scene. Anybody else ever see this before? Thought it was Interesting. LEON.

Thanks Tilar for bailing me out, thats a Interesting link you posted, I took about 4 photo's & seems that site took almost the exact same photo's I took from similar angles ect. Since I live in Detroit near 8 mile road & Woodward Ave., I figured a good possibility the same Automaker Dodge Brothers from Detroit. If I did not take this Photo in Detroit or Michigan then maybe these Dodges could/would be suspect of being any Dodges but not the case. I'm sure (I know) there is other famous people buried in there. LEON.

Glad I could help. It was my first link when I did the search. It just accured to me, Is there room to get a car within camera distance of that? It would make a pretty cool pit to have a charger with their burial spot in the background. Sort of a tribute pic. Is that too wierd?

Hmmmm To bad I was not Driving my Charger at the Time, It would make a perfect background setting. Hmmm, That gives me a Idea I think As soon as I get my Charger out of Winter Hibernation & up & going I'm going to park right in front & snap a few shots. Tuffcat, It was the Motor City Haunt Club, A Ex-Girlfriend talked me into Joining. We were there to check out old 1800's Headstone designs & then went back to the University to carve some up, make our own. 72Charger, Yes, Interesting list. I was there for the Huge Parade when they Buried Rosa Parks. The Haass stone I remember seeing because I never seen that name spelled with 2 SS, always 2 A 1 S. LEON.

This headstone gave me the creeps, I was standing close over the grave reading this head stone, Everything seemed fine as I read it until I got to the last sentence & then I got a sudden chill up my spine & jumped to look down at the ground to make sure nobody was jumping out LEON.

With this thread in mind - being ghoulish as it is - my daughter and I took a very short walk this evening with the sole purpose of finding these monuments, which, as it turns out, are actually a stone's throw from my apartment here in Halifax.
They are uniquely historical in context, and you'll see immediately what I mean when you read them.

it was so fitting cause i did my door pins back in 98 when i put the car back together, now i drove it for one full year everyday but the other 11 years its been sitting in the garage with the doors closed most of the time and yesterday i noticed one of the doors seems to have a little give in it already
