Grill mounting tab

Hello all,

While removing my grill assembly and separating it from the latch plate, the center mounting tab on the top of the grill snapped off. What would be the best epoxy to use reattaching it? I also plan to fabricate a small metal plate to epoxy under the entire tab for reinforcement. I've read about acetone welding etc however epoxy would seem to be the strongest bond. Yes/no? Thanks.

Try Plastifix.  Yearone carries it as well as amazon.

I have repaired several of those tabs on mine and it appears to be holding up really well.  I haven't drove it yet so that will be the final test.  I have installed, removed and installed several times and they are still holding up.  I had some fitment issues that I had to work out, but those are fixed now.
