Model Car World (MCW) makes Mopar colours. They do make spray paint.....

However if you have an airbrush, they do make special Mopar colours for airbrushes....

Testor's Model Master line has some of the Mopar colors as well. Not all of 'em, but the usual suspects are there...Sublime, Panther Pink, Plum Crazy etc.

Check them out here............

Check the lacquer section too....there's some Mopar colors in there as well. They're a bit pricey for rattlecan paint but I've used them with good results.

Be careful of the Testors' spray line...I've had bad experiences with their stuff. Lots of fisheyes, running, bubbling, not covering body lines etc. I've painted about 4 models with Testors stuff and only one came out good. However, their Saphire Blue looks GREAT....IF it comes out good.

The regular spray enamel paint can be finicky, no doubt. The spray lacquers though have worked very well for me every time I've used them.

There are also woodgrain decal sheets you can buy, placed over a basecoat "wood" color they work very well. Here's a photo of one sheet and some models I used them on so you can see how they work....
