Neal -- Not sure what your major malfunction is, but it would appear your purpose in life is to bust balls.. Constantly giving people shit is getting a bit old.

There isn't one person on this site that Chuck/Lisa either HAVEN'T helped or WOULDN'T help. They are by far two of the most generous people out there, and you shit on them at every corner.

Like it or not Neal J, ...the "Skips" are a big part of the board, and have contributed to many more worthwhile discussions than you have!  They've offered help, hospitality, generosity, and sympathy to others whenever needed.  When you seek out to bash such well known board member, you should expect this type of retaliation.

Just like the Verizon Wireless commercial ...Chuck and Lisa have "The Network" behind them!

Regarding being in the market for a new home...first off, CONGRATULATIONS!!!   

The only advise I can give... BUY THE ONE WITH THE NICEST GARAGE!  (go for the 30x60 garage/shop with a bathroom with shower in the back room)!   

I've told my wife our house is secondary, its really nice to have, .....but not totally needed.   hee hee
