Wich pressure do you advise me for my 69 Charger's tire?

Front 235/60 15
Rear 255/60 15

I run my 255's at 30-32 psi

concur with above. 
32 is a safe pressure all around. 

30 is good for summer because of the quick expansion and air build.

32 is good in winter because of slower expansion and air build.

This is how my warped mind sees it anyway. ;D

PSI is like to say BAR?

PSI is pounds per square inch but I don't know the conversion formula for you to change it to a metric equivalent.

As an example 32 psi works out to 2.206 bar and 35 psi is 2.413 bar.
