Not a bad looking starter car. Interior looks like it needs to be redone right away, but the body looks presentable for at least a year or so. It at least looks good enough to be a driver car for now.

Good for her... my g/f wants me to get a 71 cuda, consider yourself lucky.

I can't look at it from New York, but I can tell you the front bumper is incorrect. It's from a '73 & up Dart or Dart Sport. If that's the only issue the car has, it's no big deal, it looks decent otherwise. I'd be concerned as to why & how they got the bumper on it though. You might have to find a different valance between the grille & bumper, & a different pair of mounting brackets as well as the right bumper. Not sure, but the car could have some modifications done to the bumper area that will be a PITA to put the right bumper back on.

Here's a '72 Duster:

BTW, I've had many Darts & Dusters & still have a Scamp.   :icon_smile_big:

dusters are great starter cars....look good fixed up too....but take this word of advice, buying on ebay.....ask lots of questions , make sure the title is clear,,,,if there is not a way to look at it yourself, there are people that you can pay to do it for you.......proceed with caution , there are alot of crooks on ebay.....i think ive dealt with most of them personally

dodgeboy67 I know what you mean about buying from ebay.
I had a bad dealing last year on a Charger 8 hours from here. I asked lots of questions and still when I drove over with a trailer the car was no where near what he told me it was. He banked on me taking it since I drove so far with a trailer.
I was pissed and got my deposit back and drove home. Pictures can make any car look better or worse then it is and in my case the made the car look better.

The best thing that happened was I met Petar from Croatia via this site. I was bidding against him on the car( did not know at the time) the the seller contacted him with a second offer stating I showed up with no Cash. If it was not for the Dodge Charger site he may have bought the car and had it shipped to Croatia. He would have been disappointed on that car. Insread I saw his post and we talked via email. We became friends and started the search together. He need a car that looked worse then it was (to save on customs)  I would go look at them take pictures and email them to him. He emailed me one day about a car that was 30 minutes from here.  I called the guy it sounded like a match for Petar. I took a lot of pictures of
the car. It was from Georgia with pretty low mileage original 400 car. It had a thin coat of primer over a solid body. The primer with paint showing through would help with customs. It took some time to get it all together but the car is in Croatia being restored by him. I located a my Charger not long after that.
