I hope at 73 i still can get busy. Plus i dont think its that funny about how he died, regardless of what may have happened he is gone. Show some respect.

heh....when a someone goes out like that, it's fair game. it's not like he died in some tragic, unfortunate accident not of his own doing. If it was a non famous guy and someone had found this in the "wacky news" section of a website, we'd all be making "Darwin Awards" jokes.

Having said that...I also hope i still can get busy at 73...or i WILL hang myself. :eek2:

Well get ready to hang yourself then, more info. being released about his death now. Not suicide is the word. And no kidding, regardless of who died, famous or not, respect is a must.

Hey, you can hate the game but don't hate the player.

Well, on a serious note, I'm glad to hear it wasn't suicide. :Twocents:

Yeah, I saw that but you gotta consider the source:

QuoteLOS ANGELES – The forensics expert hired by David Carradine's family  :eyes:has concluded that the "Kung Fu" actor did not commit suicide,
.

With that in mind, I respectfully call bullshit.

i dont even know why we glorify celebrities in such a manner as this.. it seems that whenever a "has been" or "is" dies we have a thread sniffling, giving out pointless online eulogies, making fun of them, and others arguing why some are making fun of them.

these threads are extremely pointless as celebrities would give a rats ass if you died.  i think the idolizing of a person whose sole job was to impersonate a character written by another person is idiotic.  but that is just my 2 pennies.

these type of threads should be outlawed just like political and religious threads.

RD, to a point I agree w/you. I watched Kung Fu as a kid, as many of us did here I'm sure. I always wanted to be like him and Evil Knievel. So far, I've studied 4 different types of Martial Art forms and counting. As for motorcycles, I've owned a lot of bikes, both dirt and street. I'm alive and only a few broken bones, so I think I'm ahead of them by far.
True, would Denise Richards care if I died tomorrow, probably not, but my point is, growing up with people like David C. and many others that have been mentioned here recently and long ago, it brings a lot of us closer, at home and here.
Life is short enough as it is, why not pay repsects for those who have passed on whether or not some do, piss on them I say or don't post at all, yea yea, freedom of speech and all that crap, internet yada yada..... I don't post in every forum, but some people like to stir the pot.

That's my two cents, again.
Once and for all...........

Lets not use the word crap and the freedom of speech in the same sentence.
People died to give up that freedom.
Try going to China and complain or converse your thoughts over the governments wishes.

Death is the great equalizer, no king or serf can avoid it.
That's is why we talk about it, in the end were all dirt.

Thanks for the good years David C.

Hey RD, at least the lawyers have it right.  While the world mythologizes him, the family have to decide how to carve up his fortune 4 ways.  All those marriages you know.
