got a fun new project in the garage....my buddy Dirty Donnies 69 Satellite....he just finished 2 years of body and paint work , all done by hand in his little gargae at home. the thing is perfect and 100% straight and rust free. simply amazing...we will be installing his drive train and fresh 440 in the next couple of weeks. more pics as it develops

Damn, the wife will be pissed when she goes to wrap up the leftovers and find that all the empty SaranWrap rolls are in the garage...

shouldnt..its a special clingwrap used to protect paintwork in motorcycle fabrication. I am doing a lot of fab work right now in the space and dont want any minute metal particulates to get all over his insane paintjob so wrapped up tight!

They frequently use the same stuff at RM when they are shipping a car especially, but I forget what it's called Bull.

Can you leave it on indefinitely, like say a year, without hurting the paint?

That would probably draw condensation if left on for a long time. Not a good thing.

I dont leave it for more than 2 weeks in a dry environment.

I don't know how long it takes but it can definitely leave marks in the paint after a while.
