Was out for a little Memorial Day cruise with he '69 and low & behold what do I come across....another '69 owner!

Believe it or not there is another '69 only about 5 blocks from me.  Its owned by an older gentleman named Morris that got the car about 8 or 9 years ago from his wife for his 50th B-day.  Its an original California car thats 3x green (vinyl roof removed) and should have a white stripe.  The guy loves the car but isnt really a "car guy" & doesnt take the car out much so this chance meeting was one in a million.... He's more into Bonzai Trees....go figure ;)

Here are a few crappy cell phone pics of the meeting

Nice, thanks for sharing.  Looks like you are all squared away car wise again. :2thumbs:
Life isn't Father Knows Best anymore, it's a kick in the face on a saturday night with a steel toed grip kodiak work boot and a trip to the hospital all bloodied and bashed.....for reconstructive surgery. But, what doesn't kill us, makes us stronger, right?

Yep for now all is right with the world ;)

Great pics, take the other cars out of the pictures and it could be 1969 all over again.

Nope....good old NYC (Staten Island to be exact)

I'll see you in Carlisle....cant say as much for Morris...this is as far as he ventures out.

Nothing "standoutish" as far as options go....just a base automatic R/T in 3x green.  The white stripe is cool to add back on & get rid of those emblems.

:scratchchin:  interesting no head rests, no vynal and a pass side mirror,.. sure don't pop as well as your color.. but looks great none the less..  :shruggy:

Ah the beautiful fate of the Direct Connection  :icon_smile_big:

Before I started the club I'd spot another Mopar and catch the other driver mouthing to the passenger, "Hey there goes a Charger" as I am mouthing, "Schweet a Dart"  :icon_smile_wink:

Now I just actively track everyone down!  :icon_smile_cool:

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)
