Anyone see" Thunder Alley" on TV lately?

I saw part of "Thunder Alley" on "THIS network" and the 1st gen. Charger in it is wild!! The top is cut off above the front seats and the front grill looks recessed or something. Anyone know anything about this car? I'm wondering who built it and whats happened to it...
