i was on the firm feel site and it appears to me that some of the prices there have gone thru the roof (i may be wrong but i don't remember them being that expensive :shruggy: )

but the things i'm mostly interested in are the reinforced k frame and reinforced LCA packages...can i do what they do to those parts myself and save some $$

terrible one

Depends on your welding and fabbing skills. Even if you couldn't do any of it though, you could probably get it all done much cheaper at your local machine shop than buying it off shelf from FF. Not to say that FF isn't a great company, because I've loved my dealings with them, but things like that, especially boxing the LCA, is very simple work.

yep...     if you can weld it is almost free....

I agree, do it yourself.  Trust me, you have the skill. All it takes is a little will and some tools. :2thumbs:
Life isn't Father Knows Best anymore, it's a kick in the face on a saturday night with a steel toed grip kodiak work boot and a trip to the hospital all bloodied and bashed.....for reconstructive surgery. But, what doesn't kill us, makes us stronger, right?
