Just ordered a 528 crate hemi. Looking for suggestions for headers. 2 1/8   or 2 1/4 . Street driven 69 charger. 5spd. Looking at TTI or hooker. Any difference in fit, finish ? Carb suggestions. Holley hp or Demon, have not hear a lot of ood things about Demo so far. Thinking 830 hp or 950hp.Any others ? Proform etc.
Fuel pump, cana mechanical pump support 610 hp ?

The TTI's are awesome....2 1/4 is more than enough.  :2thumbs:

With a 3/8in fuel line the Carter mechanical pump is plenty...as long as you have a flat tappet cam. Roller cams don't work with mechanical fuel pumps.

The Proform 950 Dp is an excellent choice.  :icon_smile_big:

I have run the 2.25" TTI Headers and a 950HP carb on a 528 Hemi...    seemed like a great set up
1968 Dodge Charger - 6.1L Hemi / 6-speed / 3.55 Sure Grip

2013 Dodge Challenger R/T - 5.7L Hemi / 6-speed / 3.73 Limited Slip

1964 Dodge Polara 500 - 440 / 4-speed / 3.91 Sure Grip
