Is My Front Valance Mount Bent?

I recently installed my front valance and noticed a few things that dont seem quite right. It seems the "tab" in the center where it mounts to the grille frame is tweaked pretty good as shown in the pic. I was wondering if anybody could tell me for sure what the staus is on this mounting point and wether or not it needs to be tweaked back into place.

You have me beat....I took my front valance off and can't figure out how to get it back on :smilielol:
