What screws into the circled holes in this console piece?





I have the piece that screws into the other end and then on to the bottom of the rear part of the console, but it looks like something should go into the circled holes.

there should be 2 small spring steel pieces there. they slide under the lip of the console top , then the two screws on the lower part hold it from there.
68 Charger R/t white with black v/t and red tailstripe. 440 4 speed ,black interior
68 383 auto with a/c and power windows. Now 440 4 speed jj1 gold black interior .
My Charger is a hybrid car, it burns gas and rubber............
