Lokar Throttle and Kickdown

I'm working on installing this stuff, but their diagram shows 2 locations on the carb to mount.  My carburetor only has one hole...   


I am an extreme novice, never owned a carburetted car; but I can follow directions.  Get slowed down when stuff doesn't match up.  Appreciate any input y'all might offer.

That's the problem with the Lokar and carbs with no bottom lever to pull the TP cable, you'll have to fabricate or get a different carb.

Even if you did have a carb with a bottom lever the chances of getting the Lokar to work correctly are slim and none.
