I know they were for a 1969 Dart GTS, but not positive if the caps were optional for other cars.

69 GTS for one. THose are some hubcaps that are actually worth something. I've seen a nice set go for $200-300.

My 69 Charger came with those from the factory. W18 wheel cover option.

They were an option on most of the cars. They are as heavy as lead, and a good set is getting good coin on eGouge. The Charger, Coronet, and Dart GTS all could get them.
