I have a 318 in my car.Its out of an 85 car.What is the horse power of a stock 2 barrel 318?

What car in '85 is it out of?  I would guess 200-300 HP.  Probably more in the mid 200's.  Are you sure it's not a truck motor?

Interestingly, they are rated at 230 hp as standard equipment in the 1968 Charger.  :scratchchin:

What i did was take the motor out of the 85 fifth ave.I striped down the motor,it had 83k on it.Then i had the heads reworked and put a lunati voodoo cam in it.I think it was a .454.I put the 4 barrel edelbrock intake and 600 edelbrock carb on it.I also installed headers.Im just trying to get a rough guess at what the hp is on it now.Here is a pic and a video of it running.
