Need help 1968 Dodge Charger Hood Release Missing

I just had my 68 charger painted and the painter cannot find the hood release 


It is the release that is right on top of the grille, not the latch under the hood. Does anyone have a part number for one of these or a picture of one so he can try and find it?


I would appreciate any help.
