Does anyone know the size of the four bolts that hold the transmission crossmember in place?

Charger-Bodie

For a 68 and 69 they are 1/2 x 3 1/2 ...With a small outside diamater washer on each side. The factory ones had the washer free spinning on the nut.
68 Charger R/t white with black v/t and red tailstripe. 440 4 speed ,black interior
68 383 auto with a/c and power windows. Now 440 4 speed jj1 gold black interior .
My Charger is a hybrid car, it burns gas and rubber............

If you want the factory style Brewer's has them.
Pardon me but my karma just ran over your dogma.

Well, just for the record, they definitely aren't 1/2" . . . 7/16" I guess. Being stupid I just bought the 1/2 x 3 1/2 and low and behold today is transmission install day and they are too big in diameter. And I can't go get any bolts on Sunday. @#)($@#()$*)@(*#()$*@)(#*@$(

Hey Brian,

Too big for the crossmember, yep. Really not as big of a deal since there was plenty else to do today. I will drill them out when I visit that project again though.
