'70 Runner - where is the horn relay?...Or...Mute Road Runner

Stoopid question of the day -

Where is the horn relay located on a '70 Runner?

My buddy's '70 chicken drop top has horn troubles.  The horn is known to be good, so we were looking for the relay per the wiring diagram and have not found it yet  - it is suppose to be under the dash somewhere!

hangs under the dash

  I was looking for mine last year figured it was out on the core support like my 69 .  No it's under the dash If i remember correctly near the column .

Not like 69 its a 70 inside the car. To the left underside by the steering column held in by a phillips
