Shifter bracket measurements please

I need to know how tall the bracket is, how long, how wide. Pretty much all the dims.  The standard automatic floor shift...  Going to try and make the bracket for my shifter.  I can't really afford the $200 I see them sell for.

I found this picture doing an expanded search, so what I really need now is; how tall is the bracket supposed to be?  And maybe the 2 holes on the side of the bracket.  Also, is that flat piece hanging off the back of the bracket something related to installing the console?  Just wondering.  Thanks!

I think I may have the bracket you need . Ill sell it alot cheper than 200.00 too.
