In search of charger owners in Corpus Christi Tx

Looking for a owner of a 1968 with a 69 grill who had work/restoration done at Start to Finish Restoration in Robstown between 2006 and 2008.  My charger was there for restoration but work was never done and new parts were supposedly stolen in Jan 2008.  I had dropped the car off in Aug of 2006 and had the parts ordered and sent with the next two weeks, everytime I contacted the shop for up dates on the progress I would get excusses as to why I had not received any pics.  In Dec of 2008 I was told that the floor was in and quarters were tacked on; but when I was able to go see the car in March 2009 there wasn't any parts on the car.  That was when he told me that were stolen.  I have a feeling that the shop sold my parts or installed them on another car.  Any info would be helpful.
