Model Car Customs

Can anyone make me a model of my car or know where I can have it done, dirt cheap.  I want the Revell 1:24 scale '69 Charger. T51T V8W: Copper Poly Paint, Tan Vinyl Top, white Bumblebee Stripe.  440 Magnum A/C A727 TorqueFlite 8 3/4 489 Case 3.55 These are some basics If you can do if for me and show me I'll pay upto $55.00 for it.  I would do it myself but I am restoring the full scale model

I build model cars for people but $55 won't cut it to be honest. The kit costs atleast $20...so that leaves $35 for labour and supplies? Most of the ones I do are usually around $80-$100.
