Came across a six pack set-up that was on an auto car. I have a manual car. What is the diff. in the set-up? Is it aplicable to the manual trans? Steven

Off the top of my head I would guess that there would be a difference in metering for the outboard carbs and possibly a dashpot but if the price is right there is no reason it can't be easily made to work on your car.

i would of only thought the diff was the center carb, by what i see for sale new, i think all the outers are the same, or at least they have been for the last 16 years since i got my first one that is

Outboards are the same. Centers slightlt different for auto kick-down linkage, jetting - small stuff.

So how will the carbs work if I put the set-up on a manual car? Would I need to replace the center carb? Or is it an easy fix with some parts changed
