hey guys...if there already is one of these threads i apologize but i haven't seen of so here goes...

this is the band i'm in as what we call the 5th member...i'm the soundguy...
i've known these guys since elemen school and its awesome to see our band take off like it has...

Not quite on topic, but a buddy of mine was in a band back in the day. The name of the band was Sinister Clyde. His name was Russ Peterson. He played guitar. Unfortunately, on the brink of making a big break, Russ drowned.Even though we were best friends from about 2nd grade until we kinda went our seperate ways in high school, I had lost contact with Russ by then. One can only imagine what might have been.

Here is their myspace page. One of the band members put it up I think. They have some nice tracks I think.

 It's been 10 years since I folded my band "Everyday People". I miss it but I mostly remember the good stuff.  :shruggy:  - had that band for 7 years, "The Rogues" before that lasted 20. I was in a couple in-between those, "The Brothers" and "Galaxy Chamber" those were not my bands though,.. I had four different recording and practice studios too. I held the leases though I didn't engineer.

I played off and on for about 25 years.

Old school: rockin' a resort in MN c. 1990. The singer, the guitar player on the right and I played together in the late 80's and 90's. (Me in the back on the black bass.)

Last 4th of July, we had a bit of a mini reunion. The three of us were on stage again together for the first time in 10 years when I sat in with their new band. This time I've got my Strat. The guy on bass to my right toured with a version of Badfinger. Last winter, he was tragically killed on the way home from a gig. 
Seeking information on '69 St. Louis plant VINs, SPDs and VONs. Buld sheets and tag pictures appreciated. Over 3,000 on file thanks to people like you.

Probably not what you'd expect, but I play the bass trombone in a swing band named the Bedford Big Band in Bedford NH. I'm all the way to the right in the first row of the attached pic.

I perform nights & weekends in my band called The WRECKS. We play rock covers (modern, classic, etc), & perform in the bar/club scene in NJ & the surrounding areas. Been doing it for a while now, at least the past 6 years or so in this band alone. We've even played at the Borgata in Atlantic City, and a few pre-game shows at Giants Stadium. Mostly bars & clubs though, and private parties with birthday parties ranging from 1 - 70yrs old!

I think I have an old amp around somewhere. Not sure if it works anymore but it did last time it was plugged in. It's pretty big but I think it will fit in the back of the Suburban.  :rofl:

in one of the other bands i mix this guy uses an AC30 (smokin amp btw) and he can't bring it up past for or thats all you can hear on stage...it makes for a tough mix 4 me too :lol:
