My 440 has been brought to life, but now it needs exhaust.

I am hoping to find cut outs followed by a x pipe and then ultra flows.

firefighter3931 found ultra flows at a very low price at summit, but were should i be looking to find a good quality but relatively inexpensive x pipe and cut outs?

I'm just unsure that the x pipe will work under the car (will it line up with the headman elite headers, will there be enough room to squeeze everything in, etc), do you know if the x pipe will have to be modified to fit?

You won't know how well it fits until you try to install the x-pipe.....most universal type systems require some fabrication. The only "sure thing" is TTI headers coupled to TTI exhaust. Of course that is reflected in the price.

The guy who wants to do the exhaust on the car says he doesn't have a mig welder and wants to stay away from any fabricating in the cut and reweld aspect.... so I thought that if I found a pre-made x pipe it would be done for him and all he would have to do is bend the rear pipes.... oh well back to the drawing board I guess...

Are you getting the work done for free ?  if not find someone else to do it...   anyone who does exhaust for a business should have a mig
