terrible one

Word! That car's only a couple of hours away from me max. Looks like a really solid project, but still more than I have in my whole car!  ;D

There is a ton of work left to do there, bid is at $10,000 and thats probably close enough.   :Twocents:

On Apr-30-09 at 08:08:55 PDT, seller added the following information:

Due to Dead Beat Bidders I have cancelled there bids and restarted Charger where I orignally started it.  I have not listed anything falsely, they simply bid on an item they did not intend on purchasing. Please Do Not Bid if you are not capable of buying. The reserve price is set very fair for this car!! Thank You and Good Luck Bidding!!
Life isn't Father Knows Best anymore, it's a kick in the face on a saturday night with a steel toed grip kodiak work boot and a trip to the hospital all bloodied and bashed.....for reconstructive surgery. But, what doesn't kill us, makes us stronger, right?

What are your intentions as far as restoring the car go?  I think we really need to start there IMO(show, driver)

definitely driver. it would get a/c, modern bucket seats (a friend did that to his 72 'cuda and it doesn't seem out of place), paint isn't an issue at the moment, I might have it done primer black instead. add some seatbelts in the back if he doesn't have them already. perhaps add hushmat sheets for less road noise. wheels/tires. fan of the slightly bigger tires on the back. no crazy wheels, i'm a fan of old school wheels...and the rest, whatever it needs, just add here and there as I go along. i'd be very happy to have a running 2nd gen.

please let me know all the stuff I'm missing there, things to consider, etc. I really appreciate it!

I guess my question now is....is it running and driving.  Have you asked the seller this question?

Myself, I don't see it costing all that much more to get it on the road if it runs.  Looks to be all together. :shruggy:

dude told me it runs and drives, i'd probably get rid of the 400 and get something smaller if possible.
