can someone tell me what color was the general lee inside and outside

Orange on the outside and tan (saddle) on the inside.

Varies throughout the season and most if not all the 4 main colors (Hemi, Big bad, Hugger & Corvette) are "correct". I think they used Hemi Orange (EV2) in the first few shows, then changed to Corvette Flame Red (Code 1970), that is the color most people like/choose and is the consensus over at the CGLFC forum. The interior is Saddle for the most part although as they slapped them together to make the shows they ended up using spray which turned it from "tan" into more of a whitish "slop" mixture. Go tan IMO. If you do make another General Lee "Replica" make sure you do a good job of it, there are far too many POS out there in that color scheme that really ruin the cars image IMO. All or nothing.
