Question about pushrods

I know that this probably sounds like a stupid question but I need to ask. I have a 74 Charger 400, Hydraulic lifters. Are the pushrods
supposed to be solid or have the oil passage in them. The lifters of course have the hole for the oil as well as the rocker arms
have the hole in the top for them. But My rods are solid is this correct?
