I love the bias tires!! They just plain look the part on a muscle car!!
68 Charger R/t white with black v/t and red tailstripe. 440 4 speed ,black interior
68 383 auto with a/c and power windows. Now 440 4 speed jj1 gold black interior .
My Charger is a hybrid car, it burns gas and rubber............

These were on my Coronet when I bought it.  Boy, I don't like them at all. The look it good, but boy they don't stick worth crap.  Not sure what I'm gong to do just yet.  May just swap tires/wheels with my Coronet again.

The repop Bias Goodyears on my Charger Hook WAY better than my Bfg Radial T/As

Made a little more progress.  Headliner and some interior.

Taking a week off of work in a month and should make some killer progress.  Planning on getting the engine, trans and rest of the interior done!  Still hoping to get it on the road by September...

that is by far the best black paint job ive seen!  its soo clean and perfectly flat from what I can see.

I gotta know how you made it look so great.
Did you wet sand after clear coat? and then buff it? or did you apply more clearcoat after wetsanding the clearcoat?

Thanks guys!  It's coming along....

The paint is sold through Matrix Systems, but according to the rep. it's imported not made by Matrix.  The clear is called AG-40 AUTOGLAS EURO DESIGN CLEARCOAT.  The base is Accushade MT-83.   Apparently this is the paint and clear that is on high end European cars.  All I can say is very impressed! :2thumbs:

I missed your question-sorry.  The body alone took almost 40 hours of wet sanding and polishing......  That's what your up against with black. :2thumbs:

Love to follow progress pictures like these.....

Gives me the drive ko keep going with mine, unfortunally due extreme lack of time I haven't done much more then tearing it down in the last 2 years.
