Lots of pics, very cool.  I like the Demon most of all.   :drive:

I'll jump in on this one if Jeff doesn't mind.  Went to Oxford Dragway today(1/8th mile).  Stayed a couple hours and took about 175 pictures of about 20 cars.  It was really sad to tell you the truth and not what I was anticipating.  I had visions of my youth and going to Old Dominion Speedway in Manassas Va  on Friday and Sundays to watch the drags and it was always packed and always top notch stuff.  Don't get me wrong, I still had an ok time taking pictures but was just a little disappointed.  I watched a stock beat up 4 door Kia Spectre?Spectrum?  go down the track.  WTF is that all about.

The cool thing was I had my BA camera with me and my Mr Angry shirt on so they thought I was somebody when I first got there and started walking wherever the heck I wanted.  I put on the monster lens so they new I was the real deal. :smilielol:  Next time I need to go with a DC.com shirt.  Troy large black please. LOL

Took some pretty cool shots of a couple rigs but my computer is not liking it right now.  Here was the highlight of my day.
Here it is looking all innocent after a couple slow walks up the track just getting the feel again after a long winter slumber.
Nice peaceful stroll, and nothing spectacular in the burnout department, stages up nice and all of a sudden I can't hear anymore.WTF....
Life isn't Father Knows Best anymore, it's a kick in the face on a saturday night with a steel toed grip kodiak work boot and a trip to the hospital all bloodied and bashed.....for reconstructive surgery. But, what doesn't kill us, makes us stronger, right?

Thanks, that gives me motivation to post some more.  Give me a bit, cause each picture is huge and takes a while to load on my Atari 2600.
It won't be anything as exciting as that though.

I was hoping I'd catch Jim T there with his Vette on steroids. :icon_smile_big:

Need a few more days with the Vette before it track worthy.  I will definetly let ya know so you can take some pics!  I got home Thursday nite, and now I am in Lafayette LA for a week of classes.  May 22nd or 23rd is my only shot for the track this time home (NED or Oxford) .
