Who can identify these heads?? I dug out the 2 valves I got for these heads!

These are HEMI heads. They are NOT D3's... close but...?  I have 2 of the valves , they are HUGE!

I don't see that number listed in any of my books...I have "2945270's" listed for "D3" heads....

unless I can't read that number, looks to me like 2946270....maybe my eyes or monitor is off

You are correct it is a "6".... NOT a "5".  :brickwall: There's a story behind these, but it be great to figure out what they were.  To me they really appear to be "race " heads but definitely factory.

Probably an "over the counter" race part...kinda like some of the "cheater" carbs they had for the WO & RO cars in 67.....

Is that intake over 2.25, and the exhaust over 2"?  Maybe someone on the H.A.M.B. would know, or the street rodder section of, if I dare say it, Moparts.
