And now there are two! Texas vs. USC!!!

Well, after the "offenseless" 'Bama" went down today, there are two undefeated teams left, Texas and USC!!

Of course, growing up in Texas, going to Texas and getting a degree at UT, you know my pick!!
It is 7 weeks away from the Rose Bowl, but just want everybody's thoughts!!

Texas should roll over a&m on Nov. 25, and the Big XII game on Dec. 3rd!  USC has Fresno State next week and the other good team in LA, UCLA on December 3rd.!!

I just want your thoughts, possible predictions, etc.

Also, I will accepting any reasonable bets (no points, winner takes all) to the first 10 people!!

well, i agree with you. texas should beat USC in the national title game.. though not that bad. maybe a touchdown or so. will be high scoring i bet. i am ALMOST glad LSU has lost a game, because if they came in 3rd and had went undefeated, i would be beyond mad. auburn got screwed this year. it almost happened again. stupid new york and california writers have no respect for the SEC. and in my opinion something needs to be done about it. i love the big 12, and respect USC as well, but i have to say, IF you can run the table in the SEC undefeated, and win the SEC title game, you should be assured a SHOT at the national title. whether a playoff game or what, you can't go 12-0 in that conference and not have a shot
if it comes to #1 and #2 as is, i'll be pulling for the longhorns.. i absoluetly hate USC.. if for no other reason, than because they think they won the national championship 2 years ago, but yet the big BCS trophy sits in baton rouge

The Big 12 is garbage.  Everybody said that Oklahoma should take it to USC last year (USC was the underdog the day before the game), and we ended up putting our scout team in.  Texas is good, but playing in a conference that's all high school teams certainly helps.

Go whoop up on Iowa State or whoever's playing the Big 12 North/whipping boy in the title game, and we'll see you in Pasadena.  Be prepared to be taken out to the woodshed though.

The Big XII is weak this year for other than Tech (even though the y lost to lowly OK St. Saturday) and perhaps Colorado is the next best team.

OU has lost all 3 games to teams that I beleive have only 2 total loses (TCU and UCLA) so OU is not bad this year, just not that national championship caliber they have had the last 4 or 5 years.

Vain, if Texas and USC meet in Pasadena, how about we bet a charger part that we both need, let say $200 max).

Let's see, I need a front drivers side C chrome, rear c chrome, rear trunk lip molding, 26" radiator, etc.

You lived in Austin and now reside in LA and go to USC right!!  This will be all in good fun (and $200 coming my way)
