I BOUGHT SOME PARTS AND IN THE DEAL WAS A CONSOLE THAT HAS A SEPERATE REAR SECTION FROM THE DOOR BACK . IS THIS PART OF A CHARGER FULL LEGENTH CONSOLE ? IT IS THE SAME AS A 68-70 B BODY .

68-70 consoles were only one piece....

The 1966-1967 consoles were the two piece design...      My Satellite for example is a 66 and has a (broken) rear piece...    this allowed chrysler to only make one front piece and use either a short (most cars) or a long (Charger) rear piece.

2013 Dodge Challenger R/T - 5.7L Hemi / 6-speed / 3.73 Limited Slip

1964 Dodge Polara 500 - 440 / 4-speed / 3.91 Sure Grip

1973 Dodge Challenger Rallye - 340 / A-518 / 3.23 Sure Grip

Actually the 1967 ones are the same as the 68-70.
