Hey all,

Went on a drive up into the mountains this morning so I thought I'd share. I posted a couple pics years ago and thought I should post some fresh ones.

Enjoy,

Very nice !!  Does yours have the original paint (R6) on it or have you repainted it? Just wondering as my fresh repaint looks just a tad darker red. I guess it depends on the formula and other factors too.

A beautiful ride, though!! :drool5: :drool5:

It's factory R6. A lot depends on full sun, shade, or if it's cloudy. If you look at my avatar you'll see that it's darker because that pic was taken on a cloudy day.

Also, the camera you use interprets the color and isn't always accurate.

Generally it appears in a deep darkish red.

I have not seen mine (new paint) in full sunlight yet, only on the rotisserie in full shade in the paintbooth and garage to be reassembled. It probably looks lighter in the full sun. Like a number of colors, R6 red does change depending on the available light. Beautiful Charger!

Thankyou for the kind words.

It's amazing how much R6 red does change depending on the lighting.

just be thankful its still red when the light changes it, sometimes mauve will actually look silver at certain angles/lighting changes :brickwall: :brickwall: :brickwall: :brickwall: :brickwall:
