That looks like the filler panel that goes on the back of the front valance ( for lack of a better description ) The front bumper bracket goes through that u-shaped cutout...this is all from my memory...I'll look at my "other" '69 later this afternoon to confirm...

UPDATE!  That's them! :yesnod:

Dont have a picture to post for you, but those pieces screw onto the front valance and fenders. They are the front splash shields. The slots in both shields are clearance for the front bumber brackets. Hope this helps a bit.

Yep thats what they are. Took me a while to figure out what they were too. Still dont have them on yet or I would take a pic for you.

Here's a photo reference for you.   You can see mine painted up with the red Zero Rust.   Are yours for sale or going back on your car?   I could use a new drivers side one....

They aren't reproduced as far as I know. You'll have to dig up a used set and most people know they are tough to find. $$$

Sarcasm detector, that's a real good invention.

If someone could get me a CAD drawing I could probably get my metal shop to manufacture some!

I'd need a drawing or a sample.

Troy

They are stamped steel so it's probably easier to have someone tool a few up. I am checking around since I have one good set for three cars.

If I have all of the accurate measurements and a rough sketch I could have our Engineering team make up a drawing and punch out a few samples with our CNC machines.  We could use 14, 16 or 18 gauge cold rolled steel, have them powder coated in semi-gloss epoxy black - we might have something to offer!

I can do better than that - I'll send you my one good set to copy if you know for sure that you can make them.

So Shakey are you gonna make these?
