You see, my nut broke off. (yellow)
Gonna need a nice new bracket.
Does the Mancini fit on my stock manifold?

Did you break off the stud (sticks up) or the nut.? I just looked for my nut CB and could not find it. Really I was looking for the bracket and it must be outside in the Charger. I am 95% sure it is a press in carriage bolt like on your bumper. Should just be able to replaces it with a metric stud weld up if needed.

I would just drill out the old stud & weld in a new one

To answer your question, yes the Mancini bracket will fit, but I'd do as has been suggested, spotweld a new one on there.  Cheaper, faster, and about as easy.
